    We recently had our VW golf serviced at Water Lane garage. We found Terry helpful and professional. He carried out a full service as well as fixing a few additional problems that the car had. The courtesy car was easy to drive very well presented. Terry gave us detailed feedback as to what he had done on the car and the bills we received were broken down further to show exactly what the costs were. Definitely a garage I would recommmend – give it a try!!

    After taking our Scenic down to WLG we were very impressed by the outstanding service. Both problems were fixed quickly and completely – unlike other garages that force you to take the car back 5 times while they try something else. We also had a courtesy car which was unexpected given the short notice and a real help when you have young children.

    This is the first garage Ive ever wanted to recommend. Thank you Terry.

    HAVING BROUGHT A CAR FROM STEVE CLARKE GARAGE I RECEIVED A LETTER REGARDING A NEW SERVICE FROM THE WATER LANE GARAGE
    I DECIDED TO GIVE IT A GO AND RECEIVED WONDERFUL SERVICE A COURTESY CAR WHICH WAS IMMACULATE AND SO HANDY. IT WAS DELIVERED BEFORE I WENT TO WORK THE SERVICE WAS COMPLETED AND MY OWN CAR WAS DELIVERED HOME LATER IN THE DAY.
    SO CONVENIENT AND PROFESSIONAL.
    I WILL RECOMMENDED YOUR SERVICE TO FRIENDS, COLLEAGUES AND FAMILY.

    After having a few problems with my Ford Ka I took it to WLG and was really impressed with the service I received. I was offered a courtesy car and my problem was diagnosed and fixed very quickly. Terry is polite and efficient and gave me full confidence that my car had been delt with properly.     re 16/8/06
    Problems for 2 year with our Ford Fiesta – engine “tick over”. Ford Main dealer unable to locate the problem. Took to Terry at WLG who by using the specialist dyagnostic equipment isolated the fault and replaced the Air Mass Meter. Super job – not only was problem solved but acceleration and engine performance considerably improved. Many thanks – WLG recommended without hesitation

    Service for diesel ford focus. Excellent again. If you have not used WLG do so – you do not know what you are missing and you will not be disappointed

    Had major problems with Vauxhall main dealer with a diesel engine(Astra). Car broke down 150 miles away, it was brought to Terry, after investigation the engine was beyond repair. Terry scourced a complete replacement unit. The car was returned in perfect running order. We will always recommend Terry to friends, family & colleagues. Terry kept in contact re costs with a fair professional manner. A big thank you – Terry.

    I recently had an MOT on my Clio at Water Lane garage and was very impressed with the service. Terry is friendly and helpful and because I know very little myself about cars it was great to find someone who I felt I could trust to do a good job and not overcharge me! I would recommend the garage to anyone, thank you Terry :)

    I cannot thank you enough Terry for how helpful you were with my fiesta crisis. The service was thoroughly professional and friendly. Terry went out of his way to solve the problem quickly and cheaply. the courtesy car was fantastic and much needed ! Cannot recommend this garage enough.

    At 8pm last night we had the awful realisation that our MOT was due today! We contacted friends, and were recommended to use WLG. What a great idea that turned out to be! We rang WLG at 8.30am, dropped our Micra off at 11.30, and collected it duly legal at 3.30pm! We were impressed, and relieved, by their swft, efficient and professional service, all delivered with a smile! We will certainly use WLG again, and have no hesitation recommening them to others. Thank you!

    Very hard to find a very good garage of such high standard these days. However we were very lucky to come across WLG,we would and will recommend WLG to all our friends and family and will be using them again in the future.
    Very professinal and friendly and such a competative price aswell.The courtesy car was an extra bonus and really helped us.Very pleased with all work carried out on our vehicle, infact its never run so good since WLG worked there magic.Thank You all at WLG for everything…..
